Real Work, Real Skills: Embedding Career Experiences with Virtual Simulations

As institutions look to better connect academic learning with career outcomes, virtual co-curricular experiences offer a scalable way to bring real-world application into the classroom. This learning cohort will support faculty in integrating Forage simulations into their courses to enhance student engagement, build career readiness skills, and expose students to industry-relevant work. Across two sessions, participants will explore workforce trends, the pedagogy of experiential learning, and practical strategies for implementation—culminating in a collaborative session to share experiences, refine approaches, and learn from both faculty and employer perspectives.
