Speakers: Pete Talbot, Brett Schraeder, and Kathy Ruby
This webinar provides an opportunity for independent school financial aid directors to hear from experts from EAB’s Financial Aid Optimization team. These individuals have expertise in advising colleges and universities in using analytics and best-practice strategies to help with enrollment and revenue generation, and will be available to offer advice and answer questions related to how this work applies to independent schools.
This session features two members of the Financial Aid Optimization team at EAB: Brett Schraeder and Kathy Ruby.
Brett Schraeder, a Principal in Financial Aid Optimization. Brett joined EAB in 2015, but has over 20 years of on-campus experience with expertise in recruitment, data management, data analysis, financial aid at both strategic and operational levels, strategic planning, institution-wide budgeting, board management and governance, and marketing and communications.
Kathy Ruby, a Principal in Financial Aid Optimization, works closely with clients to optimize their financial aid awarding and operational policies to meet institutional enrollment and revenue goals. Her successful career as a financial aid administrator and enrollment manager spanned almost three decades and several different types of institutions, including independent schools.
