Professional Development Series for Principals and School Leaders

However principal preparation programs rarely teach candidates to craft effective strategies and lead change. EAB's professional development programming provides the "missing ingredients" that many school leaders are searching for by equipping them with proven strategies for tackling today's most urgent challenges.

A review of 100+ district strategic plans shows that most districts are working toward the same goals, but the five-year planning process can make employees feel as though the "goalposts" are always shifting. Through working with districts, colleges, and universities to set strategy for more than a decade, EAB has found that establishing an annual strategy process that uses both internal and external data to set strategic priorities leads to more effective and manageable work for all involved.
