2026 Voice of the Superintendent Survey
A unique annual survey, designed to give superintendents insight into the experiences and perspectives of district leaders nationwide
EAB’s Voice of the Superintendent Survey is designed to provide K-12 district leaders with insight into the experiences, actions, and perspectives of their peers on the most pressing issues in the industry.
This year, District Leadership Forum partners directed us to investigate four top-of-mind issues:
- Changes in governance, policy, and politics
- Shifts in finance, enrollment, and operations
- Adoption and risks of AI and technology
- Priorities for the 2026-27 school year
Thank you for contributing your unique experiences and perspectives! The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and will close on Friday, June 19.
Participants will be the first to receive a complete report of the survey findings in June 2026. We invite you to share the survey link with other superintendents in your region.
