Building a holistic student support infrastructure with Navigate360

Two student success leaders share their experience using Navigate360 to transform student experience

Unprecedented enrollment declines during the pandemic have exacerbated existing challenges with retaining and graduating students. As campus leaders seek new and innovative solutions to rebound from this pivotal moment, they must understand and prepare for students’ evolving needs.

EAB recently sat down with two student success leaders to discuss their experience addressing students’ needs by implementing a technology solution to engage campus stakeholders in a collaborative network of student care and reach students wherever they are. In this five-video collection, Dr. Nora Clark-Giles from Frederick Community College and Michael Gage from Pueblo Community College share how they are using EAB’s Navigate360 to reform their student success strategy and meet the needs of today’s students.

"

I know the names of a lot of people at EAB, and I can’t say the same about a lot of the other vendors that we might have… We’re out here in Colorado, but EAB feels like they’re just right across the street.
