For all the data we have on student success, the lack of a federal longitudinal record system makes it difficult to get a true understanding of student degree outcomes, time to degree, or what happens to graduates once they enter the workforce.
In response, EAB researchers pulled from eight different data sources to create an estimated snapshot of what really happens to students when they enter college and beyond. The result is a more nuanced view of student success, one which will we hope will help institutions rethink their approach to delivering a “Return on Education.”
