About the Webinar
Presenter: Louis Fierro
The Responding to COVID-19: Harnessing APS Data and EAB Best Practices webinar series includes a sub-series called Assessing Optional and Non-Essential Academic Expenditures. The sub-series is broken into three sessions, during which EAB experts will share analyses that every institution should consider to ensure their academic resources are deployed in an efficient and mission-fulfilling manner.
In this sub-series of webinars, we present an analytical framework for evaluating your institution’s academic resource allocations in light of COVID-19. In this session, we walk through course-level analyses you can use to surface potential opportunities to consolidate under-filled and non-mission-critical sections. These sections consume instructional capacity with a disproportionately low return in student credit hours produced, thus presenting an opportunity to better use resources and serve students.
