Building a holistic student support infrastructure with Navigate360

Unprecedented enrollment declines during the pandemic have exacerbated existing challenges with retaining and graduating students. As campus leaders seek new and innovative solutions to rebound from this pivotal moment, they must understand and prepare for students’ evolving needs.

EAB recently sat down with two student success leaders to discuss their experience addressing students’ needs by implementing a technology solution to engage campus stakeholders in a collaborative network of student care and reach students wherever they are.
