About: Nashua Community College is a small community college in New Hampshire. Prior to the college joining the Student Success Collaborative—Navigate, administrators and staff had limited insight into the new student experience and reasons for their 42% first-year attrition rate. Through a change management engagement with EAB, Nashua uncovered four key opportunities to improve administrative processes ahead of implementing the SSC-Navigate platform on campus.
