Compassionate Leadership Seminar for Community College Leaders

Join the second session in EAB’s community college professional development summer series on the topic of Compassionate Leadership.

In this highly interactive, on-camera seminar, participants will learn concrete skills, behaviors, and actions that help to protect against the compassion fatigue that can occur from continuously supporting colleagues and teammates experiencing burnout.

• How to manage a constant barrage of complaints and complainers
• How to use constant dissent on campus to your advantage
• How to solicit consistent productive input and act on it
