Anticipating the Impact of Gen Z

This session will define Gen Z and discuss the events that have shaped the generation’s worldview. We will spotlight five attributes that make Generation Z unique and dive into the impact these forces will have on their relationship with advancement as alumni, donors, volunteers, and staff. Advancement leaders will have an opportunity to hear from peers as they begin to navigate this generation as part of their constituency. EAB experts will also provide a library of resources throughout the session that can assist advancement leaders as they navigate the generation.
