Technical Support Team
Your resource for ongoing technical, functional, and configuration needs
The Virtual Tours Technical Support team is an important part of your comprehensive service from EAB. They support any day-to-day technical, functional, and configuration needs. This includes:
- Technical issues with tour accessibility
- Updates to tour stop names, order, or embedded interactive elements
- Installation guides with your tour’s custom embed codes
Our technical support team is available to respond to inbound requests and will direct them to the right team member to remedy the issue.

Virtual Tours Help Center
Your go-to place for common questions and how-to resources
The Help Center is a self-serve resource to answer common questions and explore strategies for integrating your virtual tour in your broader enrollment strategy. The Help Center can be accessed directly from your Audience Analytics Portal (AAP) or from within the Content Management System (CMS) FAQ tab.

Virtual Tours Office Hours
A dedicated time to meet with Virtual Tour experts
Virtual Tours Office Hours are hosted on the second Tuesday of every month at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT. Come discuss your unique needs, receive guidance on best practices, and learn something new! All you need to do is register for a date that works for you to let us know you’ll be there.

Self-serve updates
Update your tour’s supplemental media with photos, videos, or posts from Instagram through the Content Management System (CMS). See how here.

For minor updates, like changes to names of tour destinations, interactive elements, or call-to-cation button links, contact [email protected] at any time.

For major updates, like changing the order of tour destinations and significant audio file edits, contact your Partner Success Manager. Our creative team can also extend a Creative Consultation which is a complimentary and personalized review to optimize your tour.
