EAB’s Teacher Morale Booster Compendium provides more than 25 proven strategies to combat low teacher morale. The strategies are divided into six major threat areas, providing an organized way for teachers and district leaders to begin workshopping and co-designing solutions specific to their district. The compendium includes a description of each strategy, a note on the main issues it can address, and an estimate on complexity and resource-intensiveness.
