Uncovering Incentive Compensation Strategies in Higher Education Advancement
Retaining advancement staff is critical for meeting fundraising and campaign goals. 50% of EAB partner institutions use incentive compensation as one strategy to encourage staff retention. Of EAB partner institutions with incentive compensation programs in the United States, 51% were private institutions, while 49% were public institutions.
