Kurubel Belay
Kurubel Belay is a researcher focused on developing innovative learning experiences for partner institutions. He joined EAB in 2018 where he has supported research for Chief Research Officers and Provosts addressing issues faced by students and faculty.
Kate Milani
After serving as both Associate Director of Graduate Admissions at GWU and Undergraduate Admission Officer and Assistant Director at Stanford University, Kate came to EAB to have a broader impact on selective admission and higher education initiatives across the country.

As a Research Strategic Leader, Vashae has the opportunity to put her passion for higher education and her commitment to student success to work by engaging with the leadership at our large public and private partner institutions.
Rachel Cleveland, PhD
Rachel came to EAB from a large research institution in the south. While there, she spent 7 years leading a leadership development and mentoring program for students across multiple disciplines in order to equip them to be the next generation of servant leaders. Through this experience, Rachel fully realized her desire and passion for cultivating relationships with university stakeholders and executives through service and learning opportunities.
