Jimmy Chiang is the Vice President of the Data and Analytics department within EAB’s Technology Division. In this capacity, Jimmy is responsible for the development of EAB’s data and analytics technology products and features including Academic Performance Solutions, Navigate Analytics, Enrollment Intelligence, and most recently, Education Data Hub.
Nalika Vasudevan leads research on behalf of higher education IT leaders. Nalika collaborates with her team of IT experts to identify, research, and deliver insights that address higher education CIOs’ most pressing concerns.
Robert leads EAB’s organizational transformation research after 25 years working in higher education institutions, at The George Washington University and the University of Delaware.
Mackenzie Pierce is a senior analyst at EAB. On the Enrollment Management Forum, he has examined how institutions can respond to historic levels of student borrowing and he has assessed the impacts of geopolitical turmoil on international enrollment.
Since joining EAB in 2017, Maggie has spent most of her time conducting best practice research on behalf of college and university presidents and chiefs of staff.
Previously, Will served as Dean of Iona College’s LaPenta School of Business. In his time at Iona, the LaPenta School revised its BBA, MBA, MS in Accounting, and MS in Finance. They also substantially revised their graduate portfolio, developed an online MBA, and hired 11 new faculty. Prior to his time at Iona, Will was Murata Dean of the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
Ben came to EAB in July 2018. He worked as a Research Analyst on the Academic Affairs Forum for a year before moving to his current role as a Strategic Leader for Research.
